CNC Machining
We use CNC equipment to assist in our composite fabrication process. This efficiency ensures accuracy, repeat-ability, and efficiency.
We are able to fabricate single components up to 10' x 5', and are able to fabricate flat or curved panels.
Curved panels are also no problem. Using software, we are able to create flat patterns and make necessary adjustments to create a perfect form from your CAD model.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We use a CNC fiber laser or a waterjet to precision cut parts. We can bend parts up to 10 feet long with our press brake. Small to large scale production, we are sure to meet your needs.
Our expertise in machining/metallurgy will allow us to manufacture your components with ease.
We're most experienced with all grades of aluminum and stainless steel, but can work with other alloys as required.
Repairs and Refurbishment
Indy Aerospace is not only certified but qualified by years of experience to fulfill any aircraft repairs and/or refurbishments. We can handle projects of any size. We specialize in veneers, upholstery, flooring, finishes and more.
